Ingredients
- 2 pieces of tortilla
- 6 slice chicken salami
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup carrot
- 2 tbsp Sprig Genoa spice blend
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
Directions
- In a bowl mix cream, Genoa spice blend, grated carrot and salt.
- In a pan heat oil and cook salami slices both side for 2 minutes each
- Spread cream mixture on two tortillas
- Place 3 slices of chicken salami on each tortilla and roll them tightly
- Cover the roll with cling-wrap and refrigerate for 10 minute
- Cut into small roll-ups and serve
