Ingredients
- 2 cups of ginger ale
- 1 tsp lemon for juice
- 2 tsp of honey
- 1 tsp of finely chopped coriander
- 1 tsp of SPRIG Mango Jalapeño sauce
- 1 tsp of red chilli powder
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 green chilly
Directions
- Take one lemon and chop it into two halves
- Run the cut lemon on the rim of the glass
- Mix 1 tsp of red chilli powder and 1 tsp of salt in a plate
- Dip the rim of the glass into the chilli powder and salt mix
- In a bowl take 1 tsp of finely chopped coriander
- Add 2 slices of chopped pineapple
- Add 2 tsp of honey and 1 tsp of lemon juice
- Add 1 tsp of SPRIG Mango Jalapeño Sauce to the mix and stir it together
- Add the mixed pineapple coriander sauce into the glass
- Top off with 1 cup of ginger ale
- Add a green chilli for garnish
