Ingredients
- 1 cup Thai rice stick
- 200 gm prawns
- 3 tbsp pesto sauce
- 1/2 tsp Sprig Bhut Jolokia
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- water
Directions
- Boil the noodles in hot water for 2 minutes or until softened; drain and rinse in cold water for 30 seconds and set it aside
- Peel and devein prawns; then in a pan heat oil and add the prawns; sprinkle salt and sauté for 2 minutes and take them out
- In the same pan, add noodles, pesto sauce and Sprig Bhut Jolokia sauce; mix well and cook for a minute at slow flame
- Add prawns and mix well, adjust salt; cook for another 2 minutes and serves hot
