Ingredients
- 1 cup of boiled white peas
- 200 gm of keema
- 1 onion
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 tbsp Sprig Bhut Jolokia
- 1 inch Sprig True Cinnamon
- 2 Sprig Whole Green Cardamom
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Fresh coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Make a coarse paste of garlic, ginger and onion together
- Heat the oil in a pan; add cinnamon and cardamom to it; add the above masala paste and fry at medium flame for two minutes
- Add minced chicken and turmeric powder to it; mix well and keep stirring for 2 to 3 minutes on high flame
- Reduce the heat and add boiled peas; add Sprig Bhut Jolokia sauce, salt and mix well
- Add cumin powder to it; add little water and cook for 5 to 7 minutes at medium flame.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot
