Ingredients
- 400 gm pork with fat and skin cut into cubes
- 2 onions
- 1 inch ginger (finely sliced)
- 8 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 2 green chilli slit (slit and seedless)
- 1 tbsp Bhut Jolokia Sauce
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Few curry leaves
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves paste
- Salt to taste
- Sprig Spinach Green Color
Directions
- In a pan, heat oil, add curry leaves and let it sputter
- Add finely sliced onion and fry till translucent
- Add ginger and garlic, fry for a minute
- Add pork cubes and fry for 2 minutes
- Add 3 cups of water, salt and slow cook till it’s done
- When all the water evaporates add Sprig Bhut Jolokia sauce, coriander paste and cumin powder to it
- Add few drops of green color and green chilli slices to it
- Mix well and cook at slow flame for 5 to 7 minutes and serve hot
