Ingredients
- 1 cup minced meat keema
- 2 cup cooked Farfalle
- 6 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp Sprig Malacca
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup marinara Sauce
Directions
- In a bowl mix minced meat, minced garlic, salt and finely chopped coriander
- Add 1 tbsp Sprig Malacca spice to it
- Marinate this for 30 minutes in freezer
- Pre-heat Oven at 180 C for 10 minutes
- Shape the mixture into small lemon sized balls, dip the balls in egg white and take them out
- In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil and shallow fry them for 5 to 7 minutes till they are done
- In a baking tin (6” or 7”) layer cooked Farfalle, marinara Sauce, 1 tbsp Sprig Malacca and meat-balls
- Top with shredded cheese. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes
