Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Sprig Banoffee
- 2 ripe bananas
- ½ cup of whipped cream
- 1 cup custard sauce
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 3-4 powdered digestive biscuits
- caster sugar mixed together to create a crunch base
- vanilla sponge cake cut in cubes
- chocolate for garnishing
Direction
- Mix the butter, powdered digestive biscuits and caster sugar together to create a biscuit crumble base
- Take a glass and add the biscuit crumble as a base, pack it tight
- Top up the glass with sponge cake cubes
- Arrange bananas on the sides of the glass
- Pour the custard on top of the cubes
- Apply a layer of the Sprig Banoffee topping on top of the custard
- Add whipped cream on top and garnish with chocolate shavings
