Ingredients
- 1 tsp of SPRIG Golden Matcha
- 4-5 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 2 tsp of honey
- 2 cups of chopped fresh mango
- 20ml water
- 1 tsp of lemon zest
- Few cubes of ice
Directions
- Boil ½ cup of water
- Add the boiled water to 1 tsp of SPRIG Golden Matcha
- Add 2 tsp of honey
- Add 2 to 3 twigs of fresh thyme and set it aside to cool to room temperature
- In the serving glass take ice and add SPRIG Golden Matcha tea
- Add 1 cup of freshly blended mango juice
- Top of with 20 ml water and stir
- Garnish with lime zest & fresh twigs of thyme
