Ingredients
- 2 tsp SPRIG Blucha
- ¼ cup water
- 1 cup blueberries and blackberries (can use frozen)
- ½ lemon
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ – 1 cup ice or shaved ice
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Directions
- Boil ¼ cup of water
- Add the boiled water to the 2 tsp of SPRIG Blucha
- Add 1 tsp honey
- Add 1 cup of frozen blueberries and blackberries
- Squeeze half a lemon into the smoothie
- Blend the mix
- Add shaved ice to it
- Garnish with a lime wedge and mint leaves
