Ingredients:
- GolgappaPuri
For the Stuffing:
- 1/2 Cup Diced Boiled Potatoes
- 1/4 Cup Boiled Chickpeas
- 2 tbsp.Chopped Onion
- Mint Chutney
- Sprig Celery Sea Salt
- Sprig Smoked Paprika
- Chat Masala
- Coriander leaves to garnish
For the Pani:
- Aam Panna Flavored Pani
- Aam Panna Juice
- 4-5 crushed Mint leaves
- 1/2 tsp.Jaljeera Powder
- Chat Masala
- Sprig Smoked Paprika
Kokum Flavored Pani
- Kokum Juice
- 4-5 crushed Mint leaves
- 1/2 tsp.Jaljeera Powder
- A pinch of Chat Masala
- A pinch of Sprig Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp. Lemon juice
Orange Pani
- Orange Juice
- 4-5 crushed Mint leaves
- 1/2 tsp Jaljeera Powder
- A pinch of Chat Masala
- A pinch of Sprig Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp. Lemon juice
- Shot Glasses to serve
Method:
- To prepare Aam Panna Pani:In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients mentioned,mix and keep in the fridge to chill.
- Similarly, prepare the Kokum Pani and Orange Pani.
- To Serve: Take 3 shot glasses and fill them with AamPanna Pani, Kokum Pani and Orange Pani.
- Take a Puri and make a hole in it. Stuff it with few diced boiled potatoes, a few boiled chickpeas, a little onion, and a drop of mint chutney. Sprinkle Sprig Celery Sea Salt , Sprig Smoked Paprika , chat masala and coriander leaves
- Place the stuffed puri on the shot glass and enjoy your PaniPuri shots.
