Ingredients
- 1 tsp SPRIG Vanilla Extract
- 400 ml cold fresh cream
- 200 ml sweet condensed milk
- 1 tbsp SPRIG Salted Caramel
- 300 ml of cola
- 300 ml of soda
- 1 SPRIG Cinnamon Stick
Directions
- Take 200 ml of condensed milk
- Add 1 tsp of SPRIG Bourbon Vanilla Extract to it and mix it together
- Add this mix to a freezable container
- In a separate bowl take 400 ml of fresh cream and hand-whisk it until soft peaks appear
- Add 1 tbsp of SPRIG Salted Caramel and gently fold it together
- Add dollops of the salted caramel cream into vanilla flavoured condensed milk
- Take 1 SPRIG Cinnamon Stick and gently swirl the SPRIG Salted Caramel cream into the milk
- Let the cream set in the freezer overnight
- Take 300 ml of cola in a glass and add one scoop of the ice cream
- Take 300 ml of soda water in a glass and add one scoop of the ice cream
- With 1 SPRIG Cinnamon stick, swirl the mix in the glasses
- Remove the cinnamon stick and serve
